3. Optional: If someone recommended eRubric Assistant, you can enter their name to extend their license
If someone recommended you purchase eRubric Assistant, please enter their full name to extend their 12 month license by 3 months (see note 2 on the right):

4. Complete the purchase

All subscriptions are valid for 1 year (356 days) from the purchase date. Once you have activated your subscription you can use your computer to generate a 2nd activation code for use on your 2nd computer.

Your eRubric Assistant License ID:
- If you have already downloaded and installed eRubric Assistant, you can include the 10 letter (e.g. abcde-fghij) License or computer ID shown in eRubric Assistant when you show the toolbar, click the Help tab, click the Install, License ID & buy button, look in the Status field of the Help and License Information window. If you include your License ID, your activation code will be sent to you immediately.
- If you have not downloaded and installed eRubric Assistant you can still buy eRubric Assistant and your activation code will be emailed to you within 3 days of your sending your license ID to info@eMarkingAssistant.com with your full name and payment details
If an existing licensed user recommended eRubric Assistant to you, you can provide their name and their existing 12 month license will be extended by 3 months

3. Activate your 1 year subscription

Within 5 days of receiving your payment (with your computer ID and email address) you will receive your 10 letter activation code which you can use by:

showing the eRubric Assistant Toolbar by either:
Word 2003: use the View menu > Toolbars > Show eRubric or eMarking Assistant toolbar then click Show toolbar

Word 2007: use the Add-Ins tab then click Show eRubric or eMarking Assistant toolbar

clicking the About & Upgrade button

clicking the Enter Activation code button and entering the code you were sent

the status window will now show the end date of your subscription and you can also install eRubric Assistant on a second computer.

A 1 year $USD10 individual eRubric Assistant license can be installed on two computers (e.g. work and home, or desktop and laptop). Comments creating in one year can be reused into the future. If someone buys eRubric Assistant based on your recommendation and provides your full name and computer ID you will be sent a code that will extend your license by 3 months.

Site licenses (3 or more computers) are also available.
